Refund policy

Each St. Flame piece is handmade with care, and we hope you will treasure your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite the right size, color, or fit, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the receipt of goods.

Please note that St. Flame does not cover shipping or customs fees on returns.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.

How to Request a Return

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@stflame.it.

  • Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns made for styling purposes (including photoshoots) are not accepted.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Since each St. Flame piece is handmade with care, we kindly ask you to handle it thoughtfully when trying it on.

  • Items returned in unsuitable condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or without tags) will not be eligible for a refund.

  • St. Flame reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements or are sent without prior approval.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
